Every student can try classes free for 14 days before paying, so please use the trial to decide.
If you are unhappy within 7 days of buying a plan, message the studio for a full refund. After 7 days, plans are non-refundable but can be paused for medical reasons on request.
If money was deducted but your plan did not activate, share the payment reference with the studio. It is resolved within 2 working days, or refunded to the original method within 5–7 working days.
